If your Beadlybracelets.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email at customersupport@beadlybracelets.com, if you plan to return an item. To return or exchange an item, the item must be unused, in its original condition. You may return the item to us by mail. We will refund you the cost of the bracelet and the original shipping & handling cost. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with returning an item, including return shipping label and packaging.
